A nod to a condo's history, new life for an elegant classic, more Tribeca chic and movin' in uptown
Marketing has begun for The Theater Condominium at 133 Second Avenue in the East Village. The mint-renovated condos on colorful St. Mark's place get their name from theaters that have historically been both in and around the corner address. Harlem residents near Dafina, the new co-op at 2130 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard are getting new neighbors as well. December is the move-in date for the co-op building, which is currently under construction.
