More to love in Harlem; Plus (Art) -sized in West Chelsea

Marketing has begun on handful of Harlem homes. At 30 West 126th Street, a classic century-old brownstone is all-new on the inside, with cherry wood floors, granite countertops, Bosch appliances, central air and washer-dryers in each unit. The pet-friendly building offers a garden duplex and penthouse with a roof terrace in addition to full-floor apartments. The 6-story red brick Lotta condominiums at 159 West 118th Street features a roof deck, gym, children’s playroom, central air and heating and top-end kitchens and baths in addition to exposed brick walls and red oak flooring. At 435 East 117th Streeet in East Harlem another six-story condo known as Leah shares the block with two St. Mark’s Monastery Gardens. There are two different balcony styles to choose from, and the safety of keyed elevator entry.

Big thinking continues in West Chelsea as construction begins on a new building called +Art at 549 West 28th Street. The dual-towered residential complex will be home to a 88 residential condos, commercial spaces and a rental apartment building with a 20,000 square foot catering facility. The building will feature 24-hour security, Abigail Michaels concierge services, a fitness center, a landscaped courtyard, a roof deck complete with wet bar and cabanas and individually heating and air-conditioning in every room.
