Jen in the Village, Fergie in the Corner, Grey Gardens for Labor Day weekend
Jennifer Aniston may have made a $14.95 million offer on a West Village penthouse not far from the original Friends location. (via Huffington Post). The pre-war duplex at 2 Horatio Street would give the Good Girl star four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a baby nursery, plus wraparound terraces and killer Hudson views.
Black Eyed Peas front-bot Fergie and hubby Josh Duhamel (“Las Vegas”) were reportedly checking out an East Coast roost in the shiny new Corner at Broadway and West 72nd Street. The couple reportedly peeked at a 1,600 square foot unit with a wraparound terrace going for $18k per month (via The Real Deal).
Broadway bambino John Leguizamo recently introduced the New York Post and the world to his 4,500 square foot 19th century Greenwich Village brownstone. The impressive $2 million renovation took more than three years, a handful of dedicated craftsmen and an eye for the original details.
Realty reality update: Nest Seekers agent and former soap opera star Ryan Serhant will be among the New York Million Dollar Listing cast, according to Bravo brass.
