Danish tennis star Caroline Wozniacki just netted herself a couple of two-bedroom pied-à-terres at luxury condo building 15 Union Square West for a little under $9 million just in time for the U.S. Open in August. The top-ranked Wozniacki, who currently holds the number one spot in women’s tennis, will likely be making full use of the building’s 50-foot lap pool, gym, and spa (WSJ).

“Real Housewife” Jill Zarin and her husband Bobby toured a $7.95 million three-bedroom, 2,541-square-foot condo at the Richard Meier-designed 165 Charles Street, a $8.95 million penthouse at 285 Lafayette Street and a $7.65 million unit at 101 Warren Street. In 2009, Zarin put her three-bedroom 1,956-square-foot condo at 401 East 60th Street on the market for $3.2 million but didn’t find a buyer (NY Post).

Josh Brolin and Diane Lane were seen checking out a third floor loft at 28 Laight Street in Tribeca, but the $3.1 million two-and-a-half bedroom condo they were interested in was snatched up by another buyer (NYPost).

Executive suites: NBC Universal head Stephen Burke just bought an $11.75 million home at (former Madonna residence) Harperley Hall at 41 Central Park West.
