Rachel Weisz, actress and single mom to son Henry Chance, 5, recently toured a four-bedroom apartment at the Infinity Flats condo at 24 East 21st Street. The unit is currently owned by Mets third baseman David Wright, who listed it for $7.25 million. Fashion icon Valentino Garavani and longtime partner Giancarlo Giammetti are still hoping to empty their nest in the classic Pierre Hotel on Fifth Avenue. The apartment’s price recently fell to $10.8 million from the $12.5 million the pair listed it for last summer. The unit’s monthly maintenance comes to almost $7,000 and covers hotel services like a 24-hour concierge, overnight shoe shine service, twice daily maid service, monthly “heavy cleaning,” valet parking and 24-hour room service from the hotel’s brasserie, Le Caprice (RealEstalker).

New York Times publisher Arthur Sulzberger, Jr. just bought a penthouse at the Dorilton at the corner of Broadway and 71st Street. The Grey Lady’s man purchased the three-bedroom terraced apartment in the Beaux-Arts co-op building for $3.9 million (New York Observer).

Anthony Weiner and wife Huma Abedin were attempting to sell the couple’s Queens co-op in upscale Forest Hills Gardens for $449,000, but, following recent blows to the rep’s rep, it appears that the home has been pulled off the market (Zillow Blog).

Painter Marc Chagall’s old apartment at 57 East 73rd Street is for sale for $1.75 million. The townhouse offers two bedrooms, two baths, two terraces and bragging rights to an impressive artistic pedigree (Curbed NY).
