Bethenny’s big pimpin’ up in former Jay-Z condo; Kim and Kris to krash in pay-by-the-day palace; nothing can come between Brooke and her Village townhouse.

Real Housewife/Skinnygirl margarita mogul Bethenny Frankel and hubby Jason Hoppy just closed on a $4.9 million, 4-bedroom condo at 195 Hudson Street in TriBeCa—the building is also home to the penthouse where Jay-Z and Beyoncé tied the knot in 2008. The 3,000+ square-foot apartment (with private parking) should be more than enough play room for daughter Bryn, 1 (NY Post).

Rear-ality star Kim Kardashian and her new husband, New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries, will be calling a voluptuous $7,000-per-night room at the Gansevoort Hotel (the one with Lacoste-designed staff uniforms) their home base during filming of E!’s next season of “Kourtney & Kim take New York.” (NYPost)

In addition to gracing the Broadway production of “The Addams Family” with her Morticia-perfect widow’s peak, Brooke Shields has finally moved into her West 10th Street townhouse after wrapping up renovations done by Brooklyn design company MADE—the same folks who whipped Julianne Moore’s West Village home into the shape that launched a million shelter mag spreads (NY Daily News).

Gramercy Park has been getting some good press lately (NY Times), and Emmy-winning “Big Bang Theory” star Jim Parsons just bought a home there with fiancé Todd Alan Spiewak; the recently-engaged pair paid $1.822 million for a 2-bedroom condo unit at the recently-converted 36 Gramercy Park East, significantly lower than the original ask of $2,277,500 (Curbed NY).
