Fashion Week head buys Park Avenue home; Eleanor Roosevelt’s former six-fireplace townhouse sells; Get a peek at Alec Baldwin’s new kitchen

The woman responsible for making sure this week’s Fashion Week goes off without a snag recently acquired a $7.075 million apartment, presumably to relax in once it’s over. Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, the statuesque fashion director behind the runway affair, her husband, David, and their three children just moved into a four bedroom, 5.5 bath co-op at 510 Park Avenue (NYPost).

Eleanor Roosevelt’s former Lenox Hill townhouse just sold for $9.5 million. The selling price tumbled considerably from the the $14.5 initial ask for the four-bedroom townhouse with a 700 square foot garden, six wood-burning fireplaces, a spiral staircase and a roof garden at 211 East 62nd Street (CurbedNY).

After all the moving talk, finally some action: a peek into Alec Baldwin’s new downtown digs, a 4,137-square-foot, four-bedroom prewar condo in the historic Devonshire House in the West Village (Casasugar).

“Entourage” star Jeremy Piven reportedly has his sights set on a $6.2 million 6,000-square-foot TriBeCa penthouse that was once the home of baseballer Mike Piazza. The Hudson Street duplex also has 1,800 square feet of outdoor space (NYPost).
