A Pierre pad with a couture pedigree sells, a star-studded “Wolf” pack hits Midtown and the Porter House condo gets Wilde.

Giancarlo Giammetti, fashion bigwig and business partner of designer Valentino, just sold the apartment in the Pierre at 795 Fifth Avenue that was formerly owned by Pierre Bergé, co-founder of Yves Saint Laurent Couture. The two-bed, two-bath apartment in the iconic and grand Upper East Side building sold for $8 million, almost $3 million shy of its 2010 asking price (NYPost).

Martin Scorsese, Leonardo DiCaprio and Matthew McConaughey will be spending time at the 300 East 55th Street apartment owned by real estate mogul Rotem Rosen and his wife. The 5,000-square-foot penthouse where they’ll be filming Scorsese’s latest, “The Wolf of Wall Street,” was also the site of some episodes of “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” (NYPost)

Fox News correspondent (and former First Lady of San Francisco) Kimberly Guilfoyle has just put her Upper East Side home at 229 East 79th Street on the market for $1.595 million. The bachelorette’s dream of an apartment features 10+ closets, and the building is a full-service pre-war co-op with a landscaped roof terrace (RealEstalker).
