Actors sell, bankers buy and models continue to move to the West Village.

Actress Claire Danes recently sold her SoHo loft at 42 Wooster Street for $5.85 million. The Homeland star, who is expecting her first child with hubby Hugh Dancy, purchased the 3,851 square-foot condo, which features 16 windows and a rotating breakfast nook, in 1998 for $627K (NYO).

Harrison Ford finally found a buyer for his Chelsea condo at the 206 West 17th Street apartment building known as City Prairie. The penthouse with four exposures and a big terrace has been on the market since the actor first listed it for $16 million in 2010. The swashbuckling space cowboy bought the 5,566 square-foot four-bedroom penthouse for $5.3 million in 2002 and gave it a modern custom renovation that included radiant heat flooring (NYO).

Top model Karlie Kloss recently did the model thing and bought herself a West Village co-op at 151 Charles Street. The townhouse apartment features 12-foot ceilings and, fittingly, 20 feet of custom closets. The runway star, who purchased the apartment for $1.97 million, joins fashion-world neighbors like “Top Model” judge Nigel Barker and designer Marc Jacobs, who lives nearby in the Superior Ink building at 400 West 12th Street (NYPost).

One of late copper heiress Huguette Clark’s two Fifth Avenue apartments is on its way to being sold for $22,500,000 to private equity funder Frederick Iseman, whose offer on the long-empty 8th floor apartment was just accepted. The apartment was one of two at 907 fifth Avenue that the reclusive heiress shared with her mother (Realestalker).
