TV journalist Harry Smith just moved into to an apartment at Williamsburg waterfront game-changer the Edge at 22 North 6th Street. The NBC contributor and former Early Show host moved on up from the Upper West Side to a 1,795-square-foot, two-bedroom, glass-walled penthouse that he purchased for $1.837 million (CurbedNY).

Chelsea’s buzzy Walker Tower at 212 West 18th Street has seen a steady stream of celebrity lookers. Visitors to the many new apartments currently on the market at the 1929 Art Deco condo conversion have included Cameron Diaz, Blake Lively and Ryan Seacrest, among others. One buyer paid $34 million for a combo of two apartments in 2012, making it one of the year’s biggest sales (NYDN).
