An Angel leaves Gramercy; Elaine Kaufman’s UES home sold; Vincent Gallo buys at Jean Nouvel-designed condo.

Victoria’s Secret and runway model Lindsay Ellingson is selling her one-bedroom co-op in Gramercy Park Towers at 205 Third Avenue. The 650-square-foot apartment, on the market for $589k, has been renovated to offer a chef’s kitchen and plenty of closet space, and the building has a landscaped roof deck and a gym (NYPost).

Late restaurateur, salonniere and NYC nightlife icon Elaine Kaufman’s penthouse at 425 East 86th Street recently sold for $1.9 million. The two-bedroom Yorkville co-op with a 1,600-square-foot wraparound terrace was originally listed at $2.25 million (NYPost).

Scruffy ‘90s scenester and indie filmmaker Vincent Gallo just bought an apartment in the Jean Nouvel-designed 100 Eleventh Avenue in West Chelsea for $2 million. The previous owners of the one-bedroom fifth-floor condo initially listed it at $2.4 million, the same price they paid for it back in 2010 (NYObserver).

The Upper East Side co-op belonging to the family of late Wall Street investment banker Herbert Allen, Sr. sold recently for its $21 million asking price. The lavishly renovated three-bedroom duplex penthouse at 733 Park Avenue features a private elevator and three terraces, and building amenities include a wine cellar and a gym. Allen Sr. bought the apartment in the ‘70s, prior to his ‘80s Wall Street earnings bonanza–when it was a new development–for $526,500 (NYDN).
