Architectural Digest reveals the lovingly-renovated interior of ‘80s literary scene fixture Jay McInerney’s East Village penthouse. The 1,800-square-foot apartment, which the novelist and his wife, publishing heiress Ann Hearst, purchased for $3.2 million in 2007, features high ceilings, three terraces and Chrysler and Empire State Building views (AD via Curbed).

Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beats have finally been blessed with a buyer for their 6,000-square-foot loft at 30 Crosby Street. The musical duo’s five-bedroom home atop the celebrity-favored landmarked condo conversion, offering floor-to-ceiling windows and impressive city views, was listed at $15 million, down from the original ask of $17.95 million (DNAInfo).

Pop star John Legend has moved a few blocks to the south of his former two-bedroom home in the buzzy NoHo condo at 52 East 4th Street. The nine-time grammy-winner moved to a 1,969-square-foot one-bedroom loft condo at the 160-year-old Brewster Carriage House at 374 Broome Street (pictured), which he bought for $2.49 Million (RealEstalker).
