Local personalities sell a pair of Trumps; Lohan ventures back to NYC; J. Crew’s Jenna Lyons embraces loft living with a new downtown space.

NY1 TV business anchor Annika Pergament recently found a buyer for her Trump Place condo at 200 Riverside Boulevard. The 1,723-square-foot three-bedroom condo was listed in February for $2.595 million and sold for $2.45 million. The 14th-floor apartment has Hudson River views and walk-in closets in the master suite, and the building offers a garage, a gym with a pool and a children’s room (NYPost).

High-profile restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow’s big-ticket apartment in Trump Tower at 721 Fifth Avenue is in contract. The 3,700-square-foot condo with Central Park and skyline views through floor-to-ceiling windows was listed for $17.5 million (NYPost).

Lindsay Lohan was recently observed moving into an apartment in the Village with her sister Aliana lending a hand. Units in the walk-up apartment building at 176 Thompson Street rent for $2,200 (for a one-bedroom) and up (Daily Mail).

Everyone’s favorite J. Crew creative director Jenna Lyons has settled into a new SoHo co-op at 112 Mercer Street (pictured). Lyons purchased the the classic downtown loft space, which awaits her love for renovation, for $6 million–$500k over the asking price (CurbedNY).

Online art auction pioneer Alexander Gilkes (Paddle8) just bought the Greenwich Village co-op owned by former chat show host Nate Berkus. The apartment at 23 West 9th Street changed hands for $4.95 million. Berkus paid $3.35 million for the 3,000-square-foot townhouse duplex with 1,000 square feet of private deck space just two years ago in 2011 (NYO).
