Fashion trailblazer Norma Kamali recently moved into a rental apartment at the popular 
Richard Meier-designed condo at 165 Charles Street in the West Village, listed at $25,000 a month. The designer’s new digs boast 2,500 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, a terrace and Hudson River and Statue of Liberty views (NYPost).
Having moved into a NoHo co-op at 10 Bleecker Street with partner Christine Marinoni back in January, Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon recently sold her cozy 3-bedroom Upper West Side apartment at 169 West 78 Street for $1.59 million (CurbedNY).
Elle Decor takes a peek into the perfectly modern/classic Trump Park Avenue penthouse shared by Ivanka Trump and publishing mogul Jared Kushner. Among the possibilities: 211 Elizabeth Street in Nolita, Emeril Lagasse’s $13.5 million apartment (still on the market at 158 East 61st Street) and a $7.95 million condo at 66 Leonard Street in TriBeCa that features a moveable kitchen island and a 52-foot-long living room (CurbedNY).
