Hundreds of local and national—and usually pricey—lit mags and books are on sale for just two bucks each, and local literati will be on hand to discuss their work.

Bang on a Can Marathon 2009
Co-presented by the River to River Festival® and arts World Financial Center, Bang on a Can's annual genre-blasting, transcendent celebration of modern music outdoes itself.
The 12 hours of live music takes place on Sunday, May 31 from noon to midnight at the World Financial Center Winter Garden at 220 Vesey Street.
(The Benefit Bash happens on June 3, with Steve Reich and Meredith Monk performing live.)
