The building has a roof deck with fireplace and gas barbecue, and a 24-hour virtual doorman. Apartments have stacked washer/dryer units.

Kitchens has stainless steel GE Profile appliances and Desert Sand and Expresso Stone breakfast bars and wood Oberflex cabinetry with Italian Glass Brick backsplashes and St Germain texture floor tiling.

Bathrooms have deep soaking tubs, Dom Ceramiche wall tiles,Total dual flush toilets, Caesar Stone countertops and Millagre flooring.

The building is one block to the east of Morningside Park.
