"This handsome, yellow-brick, 17-story, apartment building was erected in 1928. It was converted to a condominium in 1987 and has 184 apartments.

The building has a one-step-up canopied entrance with a two-story entrance surround, a nice lobby, a doorman, sidewalk landscaping and arched windows with columns on the second floor." Read Carter's Full Review
