Carter Horsley's Review of 196 Sixth Avenue

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This distinctive, 9-story apartment building at 196 Sixth Avenue between Prince and Spring Streets in SoHo was constructed in 1893 as the police department's 10th Precinct. In 1984, it was expanded and converted to a cooperative.

It has a six-step-up entrance and a 1-story rusticated limestone base with arched windows." Read Carter's Full Review
