Carter Horsley's Review of 476 Broadway

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"The very elegant and prominent 11-story loft building at 476 Broadway between Broome and Grand Streets in SoHo was erected in 1904 and now has 16 co-operative apartments.

The mid-block building, which is also known as 38 Crosby Street, is distinguished by its very handsome, two-story-high Ionic columns flanking a large shop bay window and its large cornice." Read Carter's Full Review
