Originally built in 1860 by John Kellum, the Ball, Black & Co. Building is located at 565 Broadway in the center of Soho and stands as a classic example of cast iron architecture. Now known as Prince Tower Building, the nine-story building was converted to a 10-unit boutique cooperative in 1979. All apartments are reached by key-locked elevator, and residents enjoy having all major transportation and some of New York City's finest dining, shopping and curated boutiques practically right on their doorstep.
