Carter Horsley's Review of The Vanderbilt

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This stepped-plan condominium tower at 235 East 40th Street between Third and Second avenues is tucked away rather discreetly despite its large size.

A 40-story tower with 370 apartments, it offers a location that is very convenient to the Grand Central district and is the best situated in terms of convenience and proximity to Midtown compared to the cluster of "full-service" high-rise apartment towers that sprang up around the Manhattan entrance to the Queens-Midtown Tunnel. " Read Carter's Full Review
