Comment About the Building

These buildings, built by Fred French& Co. between 1925 and 1928, are architectual gems. No. 5 and some of the other buildings have health clubs and laundry rooms. The lobbies are quite impressive and beautiful. This is a very difficult board. Your financials must be excellent. Board will demand money kept in escrow, possiby "for life" Tudor City is an Oasis in the middle of Manhattan, with two lovely little parks. Ten minute walk to Loew`s Kips Bay, Borders book, the main library. Has its own post office, L`Impero restaurant, bicycle shop. Five - seven minute walk to Grand Central Station.
