Carter Horsley's Review of 242 East 87th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, 5-story apartment building is a cooperative with 49 units.

The beige-brick, mid-block building has a one-step-up, canopied entrance with sidewalk landscaping and wall lanterns, some protruding air-conditioners, a one-step-up vestibule, a three-step-up lobby, and consistent fenestration. It has fire escapes and no doorman, no health club, no roof deck, and no garage, although there is one nearby on the block." Read Carter's Full Review
