"This attractive, brown-brick, 6-story building was erected in 1940 and converted to a cooperative in 1983. It has 42 apartments.

It has a three-step-up entrance, a nice lobby with wrought-iron entrance doors, nice masonry, protruding air-conditioners, and consistent fenestration. It has fire escapes and sidewalk landscaping, and no garage and no health club." Read Carter's Full Review
