Carter Horsley's Review of Morgan House

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This beige-brick, mid-block apartment building was originally erected as a warehouse in 1928 and was converted to a condominium several decades later. It has 45 apartments.

This is a very lively section of the Upper East Side with excellent local shopping and public transportation. There is an express subway station at Lexington Avenue and 86th Street where there is also excellent cross-town bus service. There is a superb gourmet food store just around the corner."
