The free-standing building, which is known as the Andover and also has the addresses of 444 East 89th Street and 447 East 88th Street, has a two-story polished dark stone base, a revolving front door, sidewalk landscaping, a doorman, a concierge, a circular driveway, a garage, consistent fenestration, and a roof deck.
