"This handsome, 22-story, apartment building has 223 rental apartments.

It has no health club, no balconies and no roof deck. There is some traffic on First Avenue and the building is not too far from Carl Schurz Park and some excellent private schools. There is good cross-town bus service on 86th Street but subways are not nearby." Read Carter's Full Review
