"As the southern promontory for the huge and fine Battery Park City development along the Hudson River in Lower Manhattan, this 40-story, mixed-use tower, which was completed in the spring of 2001, has 114 condominium apartments above 311 Ritz-Carlton hotel rooms.

The tower, which is known as The Ritz Carlton Residences at 10 West Street has a red-brick and silver-colored fa?ade not unlike some other projects of the developer, Millennium Partners, in the Lincoln Center area."

Building houses condominium, Ritz Carlton Hotel, and Skyscraper Museum. All Ritz Carlton Hotels services are available to condo owners. Condo has seperate lobby, adjacent to Hotel entrance. There is a private interior door to Hotel lobby from condo.

Great views, great amenities, THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL the building sells its self!! Bring CASH BUYERS! Building is classified as a hotel/condo (even though they have two separate operating budgets). Exremely hard, if not impossible to get a mortgage in the building right now.

The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton is a condo development completed in 2001 as part of the Ritz Carlton hotel at the south end of Battery Park City opposite Wagner Park. It is a 38-story multi-use high-rise building with 150 condominium units.
