"This pleasant, 13-story white-brick apartment house was erected in 1910 and designed by Neville & Bagge, who other buildings on the Upper West Side included 131 Riverside drive, 255 West 90th Street, 340 West 81st Street and 801 West End Avenue.

The building, which is known as the Manchester, has a doorman, a live-in superindendent, children's playroom, a bicycle room, stage and some decorative balconies. It is also known at 2880-8 Broadway." Read Carter's Full Review
