Designed by architect Frank Freeman and completed in 1894, the Eagle Warehouse is on the National Register of Historic Places.

It was designated as Freeman’s ’masterpiece’ by the NY Times architecture critic in 1995. The striking building is just steps from the Brooklyn Bridge Park, the NYC Ferry, countless restaurants and bars and all that DUMBO has to offer. It is a short walk to the famed Brooklyn Heights Promenade.
