Carter's Review
This handsome, 10-story, mid-block, apartment building was erected in 1910 and is a cooperative with 28 units.
This white-brick building has a good Upper East Side location not far from Lenox Hill Hospital. It has a two-story limestone base, sidewalk landscaping, protruding air-conditioners, two band-courses, consistent fenestration and nice decorative detailing. It has no doorman, no garage, no health club and no balconies.
There is good local shopping and good cross-town bus service on 79th Street. The nearest subway station is at 77th Street and Lexington Avenue. There are many nearby restaurants.
