"There is a very large roof top sundeck as well as a year-round rooftop pool with a roof that is opened in warm weather. There are also a small workout room and a party room with kitchen which can be rented for parties. Flexible board. This building is a condop, so sales are not subject to board approval, but the right of first refusal as in a condominium. Apartments may be bought in a corporate name. This is Carnegie Hill. The building is on Madison Avenue between 89th and 90th Street. It is a very charming, landmarked neighborhood. You are only 1 block from the entrance to Central Park and the reservoir at 90th & 5th. Other museums at your doorstep are The Guggenheim, The Cooper Hewitt, The Metropolitan and The Jewish Museum. The express 4 and 5 subway as well as the #6 local are at 86th & Lexington. This building is in the highly coveted PS 6 school district."

There are four lines of two bedroom apartments each with two bathrooms. The building was built in 1969. It was incorporated in 1992. It is a full service doorman building. There is a wonderful roof top, health club, indoor / outdoor pool and party room. There is a bicycle room in the basement as well communal storage. There is individual storage for a fee. There is a laundry room on the third floor. Washers and dryers are permitted in the apartment. The apartments on floors 6-39 all have balconies. Many of the apartments have Central Park or River views. Location cannot be beat. PS 6 School district. One block to Central Park. 80% financing allowed. Pets allowed It is a condop with right of 1st refusal. No issues with the board. It is managed by Rose Assoc. so please expect a lengthy package to submit on all purchasers and leasees. A+ Location on Madison Avenue and 89th Street. 1 Block from Central Park."
