"One of the few loft buildings on the East Side, although many don't know it. This was the old Gimbel's store on 86th, which explains the height of the ceilings. The ceiling height is also the rub because they are too high for some of the units, e.g. the one bedroom units, making the rooms appear to be smaller than they are. But, many of the units are swell, there is a pool, and an excellent location."
