Reasonable gym membership in the building 195 Adams Street buildig. All the buildig has nice roof deck view to Manhattan, storage space, bike room, 24 hour doorman, possible parking space about 2 years waitig list. Strict dead line for submitt board package. They meet only once a month for specifict date for interview. It takes at least 2 month for submitt package and interview and have confirm pass the board. Near A/C train, takes only 2 min or less from subway if you take Adams Street Exit. Diner on the corner from 235 Adams Street Building. Very close to trendy DUMBO neighborhood.
