Carter Horsley's Review of 205 Water Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"205 Water Street in the DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) Historic District in Brooklyn is a handsome, new construction project that combines several different aesthetics.

Part of its façade is a two-story penthouse with a cantilevered balcony by the steelwork of the Manhattan Bridge.  The remainder of the façade is exposed concrete with large multi-pane windows.  It also has a cobblestone entrance. " Read Carter's Full Review
