"This attractive, 10-story apartment building at 98 Front Street in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn was erected in 2019 and has 165 condominium units. It was built by Hope Street Capital of which Sha Dinour is a partner and designed by ODA. It is bounded by Adams and York streets.

Another very handsome, mid-rise, cross-word-puzzle design by ODA with every floor having a different floor plan and many indentations."
