There is 1 passenger elevator and 1 freight elevator. The latter has a full-time operator 24/7. Very restrictive about subletting. Allow a lot of parental involvement in the purchase. Do like to request to hold money in escrow when unsure about an applicant. A few blocks to the Subway. Surrounded by coffee shops, funky restaurants, laid-back vibe. Not far from Thompkins Square Park."
