"This handsome, 42-story tower at 77 Greenwich Street at a prime Lower Manhattan location near Battery Park City and the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel was erected by Trinity Place Holdings and was due for completion in 2020. 

The 500-foot-tall tower has 90 condominium apartments beginning at the 15th floor and was designed by FX Collaborative. The tower has a distinctive, pleated form above a 17-story base with a southern façade with three cantilevers.  " Read Carter's Full Review
