"This 16-story office building at 90 William Street was converted to residential condominiums in 2007 by Mario J. Procida and Louis V. Greco Jr., who bought the building in 2005 for about $32 million.

The building, which is located at the southeast corner at Platt Street, was erected in the late 1960s and fronts on a large plaza just to the north of the Federal Reserve Bank Building and it is one block north of the delightful small park with large Louise Nevelson tree sculptures. It is across William Street from the Zeytuna Food Court, one of the largest and most popular food markets and restaurants in Lower Manhattan." Read Carter's Full Review
