"This extremely handsome, bluestone, 5-story building at 345 Carroll Street in the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn near the Gowanus Canal has 32 condominium apartments and was built by Sterling Equities, of which Fred Wilpon, who owns the New York Mets baseball team, is the principal.

It was designed by Gluck + and its use of bluestone on the façade is, according to an article by Katherine Clarke in the May 30, 2014 edition of The New York Daily News “a nod to the sidewalk granite that puts the spring in the steps of brownstone Brooklynites.”" Read Carter's Full Review
