"Located in the heart of the fabulous Flat Iron district, 12 East 22nd Street is between Park Avenue South and Broadway. All conveniences are just steps away. The subway is on the corner, as well as a supermarket, drycleaner, drugstore, and a gym. The city s finest restaurants, bars and clubs are all right there. This elevator loft apartment building features 12' - 14' ceilings, oversized rooms, new kitchens and new marble bathrooms with oversized medicine cabinets and banjo counter, oak floors, and a fully equipped laundry room." R/W trains on corner of Broadway & 22nd (1/2 block); 6 train on corner of Park Ave South & Broadway (1/2 block). Heart of Flatiron - all kinds of restaurants (from diner to designer). Very close to Union Square, where you can hang out, hear free concerts, or see theater. Day Spas at Oasis and La Casa, among others. Very close to Gramercy Park, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the city. 6th Ave has several big box retailers (Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond) bringing many conveniences to residents of this area. Madison Sq. Park area to the north hosts many office bldgs and many new condo buildings as well."
