"This is a full service doorman building with laundry on the floor and storage in the basment. Garage onsite as well, making this an ideal family setting. Taxes and charges are moderate here as well. This is a rare, under the radar condo building in the Gramercy section of manhattan. There is very little to "moderate" turnover here, which I think can attest to the fact that people are happy with living there. Board package is middle of the road and approval is a straight forward process here. This is a surprisingly quiet side street, just off of 3rd ave."
