Carter Horsley's Review of Quaker Ridge

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This large, 19-story, white-brick apartment building is a short block away from Gramercy Park and is convenient to the Flatiron District's many restaurants and stores. The 263-unit, doorman building was erected in 1963 and converted to a cooperative in 1983. Local subway stations are nearby and crosstown buses run on 23rd Street. Third Avenue traffic in this bustling area, which abounds in good neighborhood retail, is two-way. The area has many parks included the very attractive Stuyvesant Park at 17th Street and the large and impressive Madison Square Park at 23rd Street." Read Carter's Full Review
