Carter Horsley's Review of 30 Fifth Avenue

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"Occupying a prime site in the heart of the most elegant section of Greenwich Village and Lower Fifth Avenue, this 16-story apartment building was erected in 1923 and converted to a cooperative in 1970.

The brown-brick building has attractive limestone trim and pilasters around its base and a large and long lobby. The doorman building has 152 apartments, a sundeck and a canopied entrance." Read Carter's Full Review
