"Located in Battery Park City just to the north of Millennium Point, which contains a Ritz-Carlton Hotel and condominium apartments, Millennium Tower Residences is located at 30 West Street at the intersection of Little West Street.

Millennium Point is the southernmost building at Battery Park City overlooking the harbor and the Statue of Liberty. While it partially obscures some views to the south at Millennium Tower Residences, the new building has spectacular views of the skylines in Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn and Jersey City."
