"The building is absolutely FILLED with young children. Perfect for a new family. There is a gym, and playroom with storage in the basement and access to the gym so you never have to go outside after parking. The entire building has exquisite fixtures and marble.
Very reasonable board approval. Standard Condominium board. Fairly slow with processing so I would recomend to complete the package as fast as possible and submit it if time is of the essence.

Considered one of the best condos on UES. Lobby is being refurbished. Pool, health club, and wonderful children`s room with outside area for play. Upper East Side - E. 72nd between 1st/York Aves. Near Sotheby`s.
