"This building is a first class condo in an area "heavy in Coops", so the building is porpluar with a lot of people who want to avoid coop boards. The building is also located "steps" from ABC Studios so it is popular with a lot of TV people.
Theer is an LA Sports Club in the building, but it is not formally part of the condo. The lobby is very nice. The building staff are some of the freindliest building staffs that I have ever met!
