This bldg has one of the best fitness clubs on the UWS. It was recently renovated and is very cheap for a yearly membership when compared to other fitness clubs in the area. Fairly liberal board, 75% financing and You can buy for your kids One of the Best locations on the Upper West Side, just steps from the 1, 2, 3 and 9 trains and Lincoln Center. Close to time Warner Center and all the Restaurants the upper west side has to offer.
