"At least 9-foot ceilings on all the floors. Floor 11 has 10-foot ceilings. Converted to condo in 1981. 4 penthouse apartments have roof rights, park, and city views. 5th and 6th floors are the only floors that have bay windows in the A, E, F, and G lines. A line is a one-bedroom line except floors 5 and 6 where it is a studio. B is a two-bedroom two bathroom (largest line), C is also a two-bedroom 2 bathroom, D is the smallest two-bedroom 2 bath, E is a studio line, F is an alcove studio (1 bed line), G is the largest one-bedroom line where some have been converted into a two-bedroom 1 bath, H is a one-bedroom line. There is 1 duplex combo unit in the building and several larger apartments that are combination apartments."

"Close to Central Park, all subways, and Lincoln Center."
"Excellently situated on 70th and Columbus, it is a prime location on the Upper West Side. A block away from both the B and C subway stop on Central Park West and 2 blocks away from the express stop of the 1, 2, and 3 at Verdi Square. Pomodoro is the neighborhood pasta place. Uncle Nicks the late night pizza place. Bin 71, Cafe Rhonda and Shalel for drinks and appetizers. Soutine is an amazing bakery and Cafe Mozart has the best deserts. Metsovo and Vince and Eddie`s are great hearty food places during the winter. Sensuous Bean and the Muffin`s cafe are where to get coffee. For shopping you have Lucky Jeans, Sean, Theory, Reiss, Intermix, Betsey Johnson, within a couple of blocks. All in all a fantastic neighborhood!"

"Typical condo, buyer must pay extra common charges to the building`s reserve."
"Board is compromised of two lawyers, a couple of retired people, commercial broker, a writer, and two investment bankers. Very easy board but the fees have gone up recently a lot for both sale and rental applications. Board is trying to have the lobby renovated."
