Hero LIC is Silverback Development’s 22-story, 109-unit luxury condo at at 24-16 Queens Plaza South at the foot of the Queensboro Bridge in Long Island City. The Woods Bagot-designed building combines the façade of a pre-war building with a new high-rise tower, adorned with black and white horizontal stripes and undulating balconies in sleek Art Moderne manner.
