"This prominent, white, 22-story apartment tower in Long Island City's Queens Plaza section at the foot of Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge was planned for completion in 2020 by Silverback Development, which is headed by Josh Schuster. Silverback's other projects include 75 Kenmare, 535 West 43rd Street, 12 East 13th Street in Manhattan, and 184 Kent Avenue and 510 Driggs in Brooklyn.

This building, which is known as Hero LIC, has 109 condominium apartments. It is also known as 42-04 Crescent Street. It is close to many subway lines." Read Carter's Full Review
